Packing and Shipping to Reduce our Carbon Footprint:

Our mattress toppers are vacuum packed to optimise shipping and reduce associated costs for heavy, bulky items.  Upon receiving your topper, allow some time for it to reach its full size.  New stock has been sealed using new technology and will take longer than normal to reach its full puffiness.  See the package instructions to ‘FLUFF IT UP’.

Care Instructions:

Please check your topper upon receipt and before washing.  If there are any issues, please notify us immediately.  Washed and used mattress toppers can NOT be returned.

You don’t need to wash your mattress topper before use.  We manufacture each topper in a clean, dust- and dirt-free environment.  Wash only if it becomes soiled. See the care instructions below.

Used and washed items can not be returned for exchange or refund.

• Mattress toppers are NOT designed to be washed regularly.
• If and when you wash your topper, please make sure the machine is big enough to cater for the bulky topper.  An industrial machine (like the ones found in the laundromat) will be required for the main bed toppers. Bunk bed and single toppers should generally fit in a home machine. If you stuff your topper in a machine that is too small, it is likely to case damage and will not be replaced due to misuse.  Please check it carefully before you wash it.
• Bamboo is a delicate fabric and needs to be cared for differently to other fabrics.
• We recommend only using Eco-Friendly gentle detergents that are free from artificial colours and chemicals.
• Fabric softener is not required as the fabric is already soft.
• Do not pour detergent directly onto the fabric as this can cause discoloration.
• Please DO NOT BEACH.
• Dry in the shade to prevent sun-bleaching and damage from UV rays.
• Be mindful of damaged pegs with jagged edges that can cause holes.
• Try to avoid tumble drying. If you must, use a delicate cycle on cool. Remove immediately.
