The main bed is often used as a lounge area and is more susceptible to spills so we have designed our mattress toppers in a dark charcoal colour to conceal the marks and stains that are visible on white.

Envision a sustainable tomorrow with our RPET Polyester Fill.  This Eco-friendly alternative transcends conventional polyester fabrics, redefining the very fabric of ethical bedding. By repurposing plastic bottles into fibers, this process significantly reduces plastic waste that might otherwise find its way into the environment.

Vacuum Packaging for Efficient Shipping

Our mattress toppers are vacuum packed to optimise shipping for both environmental and costs.   By reducing the volume in the vacuum packaging, reduces associated costs for heavy, bulky items.  Upon receiving your topper, please allow some time for it to reach its full size.  New stock has been sealed using new technology and will take longer than normal to reach its full puffiness.  You can wait up to 2 weeks for it to regain its full height and thickness or you can pop it it the tumble drier on low setting for 5 minutes.  If using a tumble drier, ensure you use a machine big enough.

Care Instructions:

Please check your topper upon receipt and before washing. If there are any issues, please notify us immediately. Washed and used mattress toppers can NOT be returned.

Mattress toppers do not need to be washed before use. They are manufactured in a dust and dirt free clean environment.  They only require washing if when soiled, please see care instructions below.

Used and washed items can not be returned for exchange or refund.

• Mattress toppers are NOT designed to be washed regularly.
• If and when you wash your topper, please make sure the machine is big enough to cater for the bulky topper. An industrial machine (like the ones found in the laundromat) will be required for the main bed toppers. Bunk bed and single toppers should generally fit in a home machine. If you stuff your topper in a machine that is too small, it is likely to case damage and will not be replaced due to misuse. Please check it carefully before you wash it.
• Bamboo is a delicate fabric and needs to be cared for differently to other fabrics.
• We recommend only using Eco-Friendly gentle detergents that are free from artificial colours and chemicals.
• Fabric softener is not required as the fabric is already soft.
• Do not pour detergent directly onto the fabric as this can cause discoloration.
• Please DO NOT BEACH.
• Dry in the shade to prevent sun-bleaching and damage from UV rays.
• Be mindful of damaged pegs with jagged edges that can cause holes.
• Try to avoid tumble drying. If you must, use a delicate cycle on cool. Remove immediately.
