Care Instructions:

• We recommend using our mattress protectors with this product as they are NOT designed to be washed in a machine due to the size, weight and volume.
• Check your topper before use and before washing. Washed or used toppers cannot be returned.
• Only wash if soiled – not designed for frequent washing.
• Use a large-capacity or industrial washer for all sizes.
• Use eco-friendly detergent, free from artificial colours or harsh chemicals.
• Never pour detergent directly onto the fabric — always dilute first.
• Do not bleach.
• Dry flat in the shade to protect fibres and colour. Avoid direct sunlight.
• Avoid tumble drying. If necessary, use a cool, delicate cycle and remove immediately.

Packaging

We vacuum pack our toppers to make delivery easier, reduce bulk, and minimise environmental impact during transit. Once opened, allow time for your topper to expand back to full thickness
